Oliver Despins is now a senior at BMU, and has been attending since kindergarten. In their second grade year they started cheering, stopped in 6th grade, but then started up again when they got into high school. Oliver also participated in soccer and basketball in middle school, as well as a year of softball. They have been a part of the Forensics (Speech and Debate) Team, and Hospitality from 9th grade to now. They also sang in Chorus during freshman, sophomore, and half their senior year.  After graduation, Oliver plans to get their LNA and work at a hospital. They don’t plan on going to college, but might change their mind and take a gap year.

Oliver’s advice to younger students is, “Don’t be afraid to ask for help,” and they want to be remembered for being a nice and delightful person.
