Jillian Smith is a senior at BMU who moved into the district during the 3rd grade.  She describes her time at BMU as a “wonderful lifelong memory that will always have a special place in her heart.” Jillian played four years of Varsity Soccer, and she is a member of the Hospitality Club and the National Honor Society. In the future, Jillian plans to attend Northern Vermont University and study Human Services. After college she would like to get a job as a social worker.

Jillian’s advice for the youth of BMU is, “You don’t have to decide and make your whole life plan in just a short span of time in high school.”  Jillian would like to be remembered as somebody who was always there for people who needed support.
