Danville-Tuesday night the Bucks traveled up Interstate 91 to play an interdivisional rival the 1-2 Danville Bears. Both teams struggled with accuracy due to the field conditions; the Bears suffered multiple injuries early in the first half that would sideline 2 of their starters for the rest of the game. Ultimately the Bears would come out victorious scoring 5 goals to outscore the Bucks 5-2. The Bucks being plagued with injuries were playing with 1 sub. Unable to sub regularly like the Bears; the Bucks’ energy would begin to wane allowing 4 goals in the second half. Junior Susanna Nelson stated “I think there has been a consistent trend in our first and second halves and how we play them. We start out pretty strong and eventually, we kind of fall apart. We struggle to move forward in sometimes in the defensive end.” The Bears would end the game with 28 shots on goal. The Bears were led but Ida Astick, Lauren Joncas, Carley Mancini, Sloane Morse, and Jasmine Reason who all contributed one goal. The Bucks were led by Jordan Alley with two goals and Karli Blood with two assists, The Bucks would end the game with 10m shots on goal. Felicity Sulham would end the game with 8 saves.
