Max Rectenwald started at BMU in his 6th-grade year. Rectenwald enjoys computer classes like Digital Video Editing and Design and Computer Graphics. Rectenwald also enjoys the activities BMU provides like J-term and Spring Fling. He plans to attend college at VSU to study computers. He also plans to earn a BA and return later in life for his MA. He wants to be remembered as a “funny, friendly nerd who … yells WAZZAP! [when] entering multiple classes.” Some fun facts about Rectenwald that he wants people to know is: he’s vegetarian, and his middle name is Ignatius. His advice for younger students is:”Please be kind to other people here” and “School is hard, but if you keep researching and turning in your work, it’s really easy.”
