Addison Sanborn has attended Blue Mountain since kindergarten, but this year he is doing early college at Vermont State College on the Lyndon campus. He has committed to Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Florida, to study aerospace engineering. In his pastime, Addison enjoys riding his motorcycle, looking through his telescope on clear nights, and going to the gym. He is also an avid soccer player, which is one of his earliest childhood memories. In his time here at Blue Mountain, he has discovered his passion for science and math by working hard and diving headfirst into anything that’s thrown at him. Addison’s advice to the younger generation of Bucks is “focusing on a solid foundation for education [which] opens many doors for career paths,” and “only having a small group of friends that you can count on [which] solves many [easy] issues.”
