Imagine this: it’s a Friday night, and you don’t want to cook dinner. That covers about 80% of America’s population. So, you decide to eat at a restaurant, you go on Yelp to find a place to eat, except you have no clue what you want. Well, I have news for you. I’m here to tell you the best local places to try when you are in a pickle.
This week, I traveled all the way to Manchester, NH, and tried the O.G. wing chain restaurant: Buffalo Wild Wings. The staff enthusiastically greeted my friend and me as soon as we walked through the door, and we were seated almost immediately. We were seated a good distance away from other diners, so we could enjoy our meal without hearing others chew their food. We came at a good time, it was not too busy, but it also wasn’t dead. The place is a sports bar, so it can be loud, but if you show up at 11:30-ish in the morning, it’s pretty quiet. The atmosphere was lighthearted with loud music, and a relaxed mood permeated the dining room. The decor was basic. As you can imagine, because it is a sports establishment, there are many TVs, and around every corner, there will be a TV. The manager, a real down-to-earth guy, served us our food and chatted with us about life.
Maddy’s Munch Time:
I ordered bone-in garlic parmesan wings. The wings were very flavorful and juicy, and fell off the bone nicely. The sauce had a kick to it, but it was not spicy. I have rated the restaurant on presentation and flavor, along with my contributor, Madisyn Christy.
Madisyn Christy’s review:
“Buffalo Wild Wings had very yummy sauces, and the chicken itself was very moist. The decor was boring because you see it every time you walk into a Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant. The staff was very polite and treated everyone well, which is something you don’t get at every restaurant.”
Next week I will be reviewing Sarkey’s Smoke House, until then, Maddy out.
