Now that she has retired from BMU, Mrs. Kane will be devoting her time to teaching English to her grandchildren, tending her garden, sewing quilts, and playing with her two cats and six chickens.  At previous schools, she was the advisor for Sanford High School’s “Red & White” magazine (Sanford, Maine), as well as Molly Ockett Middle School’s “Ockett Sprocket” (Fryeburg, Maine).  She is excited to be a community reporter (and semicolon tutor) for the “Bucks News Network”!
