On Monday, April 25th, a group of high school seniors from Blue Mountain Union traveled to Washington, D.C. for their class trip. This was the first senior class trip to take place at BMU in three years due to COVID-19 concerns and travel restrictions. Senior trips are fundraised during a student’s entire high school career. The BMU Class of 2022 used fundraisers such as selling concessions, selling Christmas trees, and a November calendar raffle this fall. All of the money raised goes towards the senior trip and a graduation fund that will help pay for certain aspects of the graduation ceremony.
