On this segment of Cooking in Kidder’s Kitchen, James Kidder, Reporter for the Bucks News Network takes us to the kitchen to introduce us to a simple doughnut recipe, where they are fried up in the air fryer. These doughnuts were enjoyed by the BNN staff and BMU seniors as a mid morning snack. These favorable morsels have since been highly requested to be fixed up time and time again. I am sure they will be in your household too.

Ingredients:

2 cups of granulated sugar

4tbs of ground cinnamon

2 cans of flaky buttermilk biscuits

1 stick of unsalted butter

(makes 16 large doughnuts and 16 doughnut holes)
