Matthew Webster has attended Blue Mountain Union since preschool. He says that he has loved the small community because, “everyone knew everyone.” Matt has been a part of band since his freshman year and GSA (Gay Straight Alliance) and has grown a passion for playing guitar. Matt would like to be remembered as a kind and caring person who always looked out for people, and as a guitarist. Matt’s advice for younger students is’ “Never compromise your identity for anyone or anything. Be yourself and don’t let anyone’s judgment cloud that.” Matt plans to go to college for music technology and business and later become a famous musician who produces his own music and is known for his guitar playing.
