Dawntae Gelsleichter has attended Blue Mountain since fourth grade. Some of Dawntae’s best memories from BMU include going on the annual Boston trip with the chorus that she was a part of in her first three years of high school. Dawntae was also on the cheerleading team from eighth grade to her junior year and is currently participating as a member of the softball team. She would like to be remembered here at BMU for her smile and laugh. Dawntae’s advice to the younger students at BMU is “Don’t talk back to teachers, and get all your work done. Do the best you can, and have fun.” After high school Dawntae will attend Project Search and seek full time employment.
