Cameran+Lavertu+Senior+Spotlight

Cameran Lavertu has been attending Blue Mountain since seventh grade. Lavertu would describe his time at BMU as “interesting” as Covid-19 hit and he had to learn remotely during his freshman year. Some advice he has for younger students is “Making special connections/relationships with teachers is probably one of the best things you can do when moving into high school because no one wants to see you strive more than them. As you get further along in high school, it does get easier, as long as you work hard in your earlier years. Then, before you know it: you are graduating in 2 months! In life, mistakes are meant to happen, so don’t slow down or give up if you make them.” Cameran hasn’t decided what career path he wants to follow when he graduates, but he says college is definitely in the equation.
