The Vermont Congressional Art Competition offers a chance for students to express their art in any form, as long as it is two dimensional. The art pieces must be submitted by April 17, 2022, and the winners will be announced on May 5, 2022.  Every student’s piece has copyright status as soon as the artwork is submitted, so no one can steal their creative vision. According to artist Haley Wyman, “The painting represents high school dress codes. People can’t learn to control themselves, so we force people to cover up instead.”
