Kaylee Hamlett is a member of the Blue Mountain Union Class of 2026, and she has attended the school since kindergarten.Kaylee has been involved in soccer, basketball, and softball since she was a child. She is also a part of the Yearbook Committee and Hospitality Club, and has held honor roll/ high honor roll student throughout high school. The activity she especially enjoys is softball – both in her free time and outside of the regular season – because she has played since she was little, and her hard work and dedication on and off the field really show with her teammates. Her favorite school memory is winning the softball championship her freshman year on the same day that the boys’ baseball team won. Outside of school, Kaylee enjoys fishing and hunting along with hanging out with friends. The three words that best describe Kaylee are: unique, caring, and humorous. After high school, Kaylee plans to pursue her education at CCV for Early Childhood Education. Three things on her bucket list are to travel more, complete college, and have a family. The thing Kaylee will miss the most about BMU is the people and some teachers. If there was one way she could be remembered at BMU, it would be for her smile. The advice Kaylee would give underclassmen is ¨Worry, but not to the extent that you’re crushing yourself over it.¨
